About the Role

Mega Signs Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Display Design Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing store displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising: Design and implement store displays, window displays, and in-store promotions that align with our brand's aesthetic and sales goals.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of visual merchandising team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of displays and promotions.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of visual merchandising materials, including fixtures, displays, and promotional items.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise during the execution of displays and promotions, including supply shortages, customer complaints, and other challenges.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and optimize visual merchandising strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including retail stores and warehouses
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, initiative
