About the Role

Mega Signs Inc. is seeking a skilled Display Design Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning displays that captivate our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement display settings, scenic environments, costumes, and lighting that meet our brand standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our design team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of display setups.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in display design or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
