- Maintain a strong business focus, understanding the current and strategic direction of Intact technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience managing a team, with a proven track record of leading agile development teams.
- Strong understanding and experience with web application technologies, including Java, JavaScript, Angular, and REST.
- Experience in continuous delivery management, object-oriented development, and software debugging.
- Experience in change management and transformation within a project/program context.
- Experience in the insurance industry, specifically in claims, is a strong asset.
- Bilingualism is required for candidates located in Quebec, with the ability to interact with English-speaking colleagues.
