Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Key Holder to join our team at Kiehl's Boutique. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales goals and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Best-in-Class Customer Experience: Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring they have an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge and Application: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and usage techniques. Offer expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Generate sales by applying our brand's selling methods, product knowledge, and service flow. Maximize selling opportunities by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Store Operations: Support daily POS activities, maintain store appearance and cleanliness, and ensure on-shelf product availability.
  • Customer Service and Feedback: Respond to customer complaints and issues, and communicate relevant information to the Store Manager.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • Retail and Cosmetic Experience: Prior experience in retail or cosmetics is preferred.
  • Key Holder Experience: Previous key holder experience is a plus.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications is required.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
