Gas Fitter Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Gas Fitter to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a Gas Fitter, you will play a critical role in providing home comfort solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain water heaters and tankless equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Replace or repair leaking water heaters and maintain HVAC equipment.
- Ensure personal and customer safety.
- Provide superior customer service and create positive customer relations through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Actively participate in training and mentoring of new installers.
- Contribute to business growth by lead generation.

Requirements
- A growth mindset and a dependable, ambitious attitude.
- Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Must meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications.
- Must have Gas Technician '2' (G2) license.
- Must have at least a Class G Driver's License.
- Diagnostic and HVAC maintenance skills for residential equipment.
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
