Job Summary:

The Onsite Manager is a key role within Manpower Group (UK) that requires a unique blend of staffing expertise, customer relationship building, and leadership skills. As an Onsite Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staffing needs of our clients while fostering strong relationships with our candidates and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Staffing Expertise: Manage temporary staffing needs of the client while working in conjunction with our recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.
  2. Client Solutions Specialist: Customize or enhance recruiting, training, recognition, and retention programs to ensure optimum customer service and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  3. Talent Acquisition Lead: Implement orientation programs for temporary associates, which incorporates client policies and procedures, and monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Staffing Specialist, Recruiter, or equivalent.
  2. Experience in management or at a supervisory level.
  3. Experience in the Warehousing industry is considered an asset.
  4. Availability to travel to client business sites in the GTA.
  5. Team player who is highly service-oriented, autonomous, patient, and flexible.
  6. Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment and possess strong communication skills.
