Senior Financial Analyst

Ruscana Intertrade Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in accounting. Key responsibilities include managing balance sheets, planning and administering accounting systems, supervising staff, and preparing financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Plan, set up and administer accounting systems
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Analyze clients' financial records
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control
- Prepare reports and audit findings
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Prepare income tax returns from accounting records
- Analyze financial documents and reports
- Examine accounting records
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Oversee payroll administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in accounting
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
