Senior Financial Analyst

Ruscana Intertrade Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Systems Administration: Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to ensure efficient and accurate financial data processing.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial records and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls to minimize financial risks.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders, and communicate financial information to non-financial staff.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
