Job Summary:

The Construction Helper will assist in the construction process by performing various tasks such as loading and unloading materials, operating cranes, and cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials
  • Clean and lubricate cranes
  • Assemble tower cranes on site
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • Will train
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language
Work Environment:

The Construction Helper will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work at heights, in underground areas, and in noisy and dusty conditions.
