Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at The Framers Group. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment, including cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with construction equipment and machinery.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
