Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to create wooden structures and fixtures
- Prepare tenders and quotations for clients
- Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware in residential and commercial settings
- Maintain, repair, and renovate wooden structures in various establishments
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in woodworking or a related field
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
The successful candidate will work in a furniture and fixtures manufacturing company with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Public transportation is available.
Physical Demands- Bending, crouching, kneeling
