Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Cabinetmaker, you will be responsible for shaping and crafting wood products to meet our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape surfaces or edges of wood workpieces using hand tools such as planes, chisels, or wood files.
  • Study plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be made.
  • Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form a complete unit and reinforce joints.
  • Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

  • Accurate.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Organized.
