Job Title: Masonry Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Masonry Technician to join our team at BS-1 MASONRY LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to masonry construction, including filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement, leveling top surface concrete, and installing anchor bolts and other fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
• Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
• Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
• Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
• Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces
• Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications

Requirements:

• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in masonry construction
• Physically demanding work environment
• Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages
• Attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
