Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Strategist to lead our data program and strategy. As the Head of Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data analytics strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a data analytics strategy that drives business growth and decision-making
  • Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to produce high-quality data products and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize deep-dives on key business questions
  • Implement a data-driven culture across the organization
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing data team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading a data team
  • 7+ years of experience working on consumer-facing products
  • Experience leading and building high-performing teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical proficiency in one of Python or R in a data science context and SQL
  • Experience in experiment and A/B/n test design and analysis
  • Experience conducting deep-dive statistical analysis (modeling, causality, regression, etc.)
  • A demonstrated ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with cross-functional teams
  • Experience communicating both in low-level technical details and high-level strategies
  • Knowledge of effective data visualization principles, tools, and techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with experimentation platforms like Statsig, Optimizely, Kameleoon, or others
  • Startup experience is a big plus, bonus points for B2C fintech experience
  • Experience in credit risk modeling, strategy, monitoring, and forecasting
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses (we use Snowflake)
  • Knowledge of bitcoin
