Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client-facing engagement teams to execute audits, compliance tax engagements, budgeting, internal controls, and financial/accounting transactions.
  • Provide industry-specific and technical expertise in audit and assurance through client interactions, reports, technical documentation, management presentations, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, understanding their business, identifying key risks, and delivering added value; ensure that client needs are met while fostering the growth and development of relationships and accounts.
  • Responsible for engagement planning and scheduling, as well as managing project financials, including budgets, work in progress, timely billing, collections, and variance recognition.
  • Uphold quality control and apply specialized knowledge to foresee, identify, and resolve issues pertinent to the client's business, financial entries, and reports.
  • Engage with the local business community, explore business development opportunities, and assist in the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Mentor, inspire, and guide team members towards their professional and personal growth by establishing clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Maintain the flexibility to travel as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
  • Strong grasp of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles.
  • Demonstrated people management, relationship-building, and leadership capabilities.
