We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Memorable Maids Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff
    • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate the scheduling of housekeeping staff to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular inspections of our cleaning services to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Client Communication
    • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure that we are meeting their expectations.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications
    • CPR Certificate
    • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
