We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our team at American Iron & Metal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our site, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct the activities of our site teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and control inventory and quality, ensuring that all materials and products meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring that our site is aligned with company goals.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to our team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a site management or operations role, preferably in the metal recycling industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
