Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations
- Oversee payroll administration
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Inventory control software skills
- MS Office skills
- MS PowerPoint skills
- MS Word skills
- MAC skills
- Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
- Free parking available
