Job Summary

Precision Laser Cut is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components using a variety of techniques including welding, cutting, and shaping.

Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble metal components using welding, cutting, and shaping techniques.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions and materials required.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Operate metal shaping and bending machines to create custom parts.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in welding, metal fabrication, or a related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with regular exposure to dust, heat, and noise.
