About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Aroma Espresso Bar at Mars. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Place dishes in storage areas
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Package take-out food
  • Portion and wrap foods
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Take customers' orders
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
