Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Compass Canada. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently and effectively
  • Upsell and promote our menu items to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
