About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Proofreader to join our team at Digital Shift. As a Content Proofreader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our clients' web content, articles, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Review and Editing: Review and edit content to ensure it is free of errors, consistent in style and tone, and meets our clients' requirements.
  • Fact-Checking: Verify the accuracy of information, names, and dates to ensure the content is reliable and trustworthy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Content and SEO teams to ensure content meets client objectives and is optimized for search engines.
  • Style and Formatting: Ensure content adheres to our clients' editorial style and formatting guidelines.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to gather feedback and approval on content.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in English, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in content writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Skills: Superior editing and proofreading skills, excellent command of the English language, strong attention to detail, and exceptional multi-tasking skills.
