Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
  • Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate financial management
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient store operations
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless store operations

Work Environment:

As a Retail Store Supervisor at BSW Beauty, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. You will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently throughout the store.
