Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Assist with special requests and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
