Job Title: Metal Fabrication Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Worker to join our team at Morskate Manufacturing Ltd. As a Metal Fabrication Worker, you will be responsible for operating metal cleaning equipment, assisting structural steel and platework fitters, and sorting metal sheets and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from metal products.
  • Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators, or other metal workers.
  • Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas.
  • Load and unload vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Weight handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Team player.
