Senior Tax Manager

Baker Tilly SNT LLP is a leading CPA firm in Northern Ontario, with a strong presence in Sudbury, Timmins, and North Bay. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team, working closely with partners, managers, and senior staff on business tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory engagements.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality tax planning, services, and advice to clients
- Lead special tax engagements and provide support to firm staff on tax matters
- Prepare and present technical sessions to firm staff
- Collaborate with partners and managers on business tax compliance and tax provision
- Minimum 10 years of public accounting experience with a tax specialty
- Canadian Professional Accounting Designation (CPA)
- Successful completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course or Masters of Tax Program
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, project management, and organizational skills
- High proficiency in MS Office, Caseware/Casview, TaxPrep, and tax research software
- Proven project management and time management skills
- Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
