  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that our management team has the information they need to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, restaurant.
  • Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, train staff, estimate ingredients and supplies, prepare budget and cost estimates, address customer complaints, maintain records, prepare reports.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people, 5-10 people.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, public transportation available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Health Benefits: Health care plan, permanent employment, 35 to 40 hours per week.
