Job Description:
  • This is a permanent, full-time position working 40-44 hours per week.

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with computer systems and networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: College/CEGEP
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in Quality Assurance or Control, Transportation/Travel Information, Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities, Personal Suitability

In this role, you will be expected to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
