About the Role

We're seeking an experienced loss prevention professional to lead our security team and drive initiatives that reduce shrinkage and improve overall security posture. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a seasoned security expert who can think strategically and execute tactically.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, with experience in leading teams, analyzing data, and developing strategies to mitigate risk. A valid security license and high school diploma are required. You'll also need excellent communication skills, as you'll be working closely with various stakeholders, including operations and security management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect people, assets, and property
  • Lead a team of security professionals to ensure consistent execution of security protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with operations and security management to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to address them
  • Manage security schedules to maximize coverage during peak hours, events, and overnight shifts
  • Support emergency preparedness and incident management efforts, serving as the point person during emergencies
  • Ensure all physical security systems and maintenance schedules meet industry standards

You'll be responsible for projecting a professional and calm demeanor when dealing with clients and employees, even in high-pressure situations. Your strong computer skills and ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, will be essential to your success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
