About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at Moonlight Restaurant. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries to record financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent education in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
