About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to join our team at Media.Monks. As a Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging content that drives business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with art directors and cross-functional teams to create integrated communications campaigns that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop compelling concepts and scripts for a variety of assets, including paid campaigns, new business pitches, web and product copy, email, social, presentations, and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop content that meets their needs.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of copywriting experience in an agency environment or equivalent.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases creative writing range, concepting chops, and a clear point of view.
  • Ability to present work with confidence, enthusiasm, and solid rationale.
  • Independence in solving creative problems and partnering with teammates and clients to bring new ideas to life.
  • Ability to work efficiently and through multiple iterations while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating across the Google Suite and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

What We Offer

Media.Monks offers a competitive salary range of $87,000-$93,000 CAD, as well as a dynamic and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and growth.
