**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team at Acosta. As a Business Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing fact-based solutions to determine category strategies and opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify insights that drive business growth
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners, customers, and other stakeholders
* Utilize rigorous logic and methods to analyze and understand why problems occur
* Support internal Sales/external client team with fact-based insights that foster achievement of overall goals/strategies and initiatives
* Communicate with confidence (oral & written) and adaptability at all levels (internal/external) to get clear and concise messaging across

**Requirements**

* Post-secondary education or work experience equivalent – Business Diploma or Degree preferred and proven CPG related experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* Certificate from a Business Analysis accreditation institution preferred, but not required
* Experience in category management and proficiency using various POS, data tools to interpret large quantities of data for insights
* High-level analytical capability
* Strong proficiency in Nielsen Market Track, IRI, FCL, JDA (Blue Yonder), Excel & PowerPoint
