The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Wajax. As a key member of our Commercial and Industrial Boiler Products team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with customers, promoting our product offerings, and providing solutions based on technical requirements.

The Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order coordination and customer support
  • Provide technical expertise to customers and internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders to drive business results
  • Support the division manager with forecasting and reporting

The Candidate

  • 3-5 years of experience in an inside sales technical role supporting industrial, institutional, and commercial boiler products
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ERP systems
  • Strong mechanical aptitude to navigate technical questions and address warranty and service-related issues
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
