About This Opportunity

The Coca-Cola Canada team is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the efficient maintenance of our facilities, ensuring we meet customer demands and maintain the highest quality product at the lowest cost.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all facility equipment is maintained according to strict company standards for safety and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and address daily Quality Issues (QI) to resolve problems promptly.
  • Develop and analyze monthly budget forecasts, providing recommendations as needed.
  • Conduct regular department and safety meetings.
  • Foster workforce development through supervision, coaching, and training.
  • Effectively communicate plans and strategies across the department.
  • Review, alter, and approve scheduling issues and contractor forms.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a unionized maintenance/manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and High Volume Manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge of GMPs, OHSA, WHMIS, and electrical certification are desired.
  • Understanding of PLC logic, controls, and programming would be an asset.
  • Intermediate computer and database application skills, such as SAP, are necessary.
  • Experience working in the Beverage and Food Manufacturing industry is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
