Clinical Research Associate - Quantitative Research Specialist
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team at the University of British Columbia. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage clinical trials, including site initiation, patient recruitment, and data collection
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GCP guidelines
- Develop and maintain study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents
- Collaborate with investigators, research coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful trial execution
- Conduct site visits and monitor trial progress
- Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, nursing, public health)
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
