Job Title: Sales Associate Sunglass Hut

Job Summary:

Sunglass Hut is a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses with over 1600 retail stores across North America. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in the success of our stores by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and providing personalized shopping experiences.
  • Actively participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management, and taking pride in the appearance of the store.
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-motivation, ability to multi-task, and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
  • Embracing new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
