Job Title: Sales Associate Sunglass Hut

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
