About the Role

Nishan Transport is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a truck and transporting goods across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Management: Plan and execute the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage equipment.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and obtain necessary permits and documents for international routes.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and customers.
  • Training and Development: Coach colleagues on new methods and work techniques, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Route Optimization: Identify and implement efficient routes to reduce travel time and increase productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
