Restaurant Operations Manager

At Barburrito, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast food establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing staff, planning and organizing daily operations, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Recruit and train staff to meet the needs of the restaurant
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast food establishment or related field
- Ability to work in a rural area and relocate if necessary
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
