Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure efficient operations and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
