Occupational Therapist

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and psycho-social recovery of our clients.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for assessing clients' physical and cognitive functioning, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, and educating clients on topics such as safe body mechanics and cognitive behavioral strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Assessing clients' physical and cognitive functioning
- Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Educating clients on safe body mechanics and cognitive behavioral strategies
- Supporting return-to-work programs
- Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions
- Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
- Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
