Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership in advancing excellence in teaching and learning, and leading the operationalization of Scholarship of Teaching and Learning at Sheridan.
- Develop and implement innovative programs and initiatives that enhance the academic experience for students.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure the continuous improvement and evolution of academic programs and services.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external constituencies to promote the interests and profile of Sheridan College.
We are looking for a seasoned administrator and academic leader with a record of successful innovative leadership and experience in teaching and learning, curriculum delivery and design, quality assurance, and faculty development.
The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) and have a talent for diplomacy, tact, and relationship-building skills. They will be able to synthesize information and construct and operationalize a clear, compelling strategy to support creativity and innovation and mobilize outstanding, inspirational experiences of teaching and learning at Sheridan.
