Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our team at Ontario Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, as well as performing various other tasks related to grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
  • Cut grass and perform other lawn maintenance tasks
  • Rake and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including front end loaders, pick-up trucks, and small engine equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset, or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physically demanding role requiring ability to walk, bend, and lift
