- 5 years' experience in project management leadership or equivalent with demonstrated success in delivering large and complex projects in an IT setting with constraints of budget, timelines, and resources.

- Post-secondary education at the University or Technical Institute level in one of the following: Information Technology/Business Administration/Health Sciences.
