Real Estate and Business Law Opportunities

Kelly Santini LLP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our Real Estate and Business Practice Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of residential real estate transactions, including conducting due diligence and title searches, drafting and reviewing agreements, leases, and financing documents.
  • Support clients on business transactions such as incorporations, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
  • Develop strong analytical, legal research, and drafting skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Contribute positively to workplace culture, building positive working relationships across the firm.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in real estate and business law.
Requirements:
  • Law degree from an accredited law school and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to networking and client acquisition.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, GhostPractice, Teraview, and Unity.
  • A commitment to upholding firm values, including exceptional client service, community engagement, and the advancement of diversity and inclusion.
