- Schedule Distribution of Goods: Coordinate with our suppliers and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods to our stores.
- Schedule Transportation Conveyances: Arrange for the transportation of goods to and from our warehouses and stores.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Inspect and Verify Incoming Goods: Conduct quality control checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Maintain Internal Record-Keeping System: Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and payments.
- Record Shortages and Reject Damaged Goods: Identify and document any shortages or damaged goods to ensure prompt resolution.
- Route Goods to Appropriate Storage Areas: Ensure that goods are stored in a safe and secure manner to prevent damage or loss.
- Pack Goods to be Shipped: Prepare goods for shipment by packing and labeling them accurately.

- Spreadsheet: Skilled in using spreadsheets to manage and analyze data.
- MS Excel: Proficient in using MS Excel to create and manage spreadsheets.
- Dollies and Hand Trucks: Experienced in using dollies and hand trucks to move goods safely and efficiently.
- Industrial Lift Trucks and Fork-Lifts: Skilled in operating industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts to move heavy goods.
- Parking Available: Convenient parking available for our employees.
