Mandarin Teacher / Arts Education Specialist (K-5)

HongDe Elementary School is a BC Ministry of Education registered Not-For-Profit Independent School offering a Mandarin / English bilingual program.

As a Mandarin Teacher / Arts Education Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Your expertise in Mandarin language and arts education will enable you to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Mandarin language and arts education programs for K-5 students
  • Collaborate with teachers to integrate Mandarin language and arts into the curriculum
  • Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote language and cultural proficiency
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Mandarin language and arts education
  • Experience in teaching K-5 students
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
