Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk and housekeeping operations to ensure optimal guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of hotel staff to achieve high performance standards
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices
