About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Specialist to work independently at one retail location, approximately 6 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and have an eye for details. They will be well organized, enjoy fast-paced work environments, and love building strong business relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Perform merchandising tasks at one or two retail stores
  • Maintain sections including proper rotation, restocking, and ensuring distribution of all products
  • Address any out-of-stock issues
  • Clean our sections: Ensure that equipment always meets food safety requirements
  • Replace and/or repair fixtures as required and place product orders with suppliers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with department personnel and store management
  • Submit daily visit reports
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Able to commit to the length of the contract
  • Have a smartphone and access to the internet
  • Able to lift up to 35lbs
  • Previous merchandising experience is an asset but not a requirement
