Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on leadership to restaurant operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service standards, food quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee profit and loss controls, inventory management, and labor cost monitoring.
